E-Commerce Marketing Manager · 2024–nowOwn end-to-end growth across Shopify DTC and B2B, TikTok Shop, and Amazon for a fast-growing beauty brand.
Growth and e-commerce leader with seven years scaling DTC, marketplace, and product-led commerce, deep on Shopify and Amazon. I also design and ship my own products, which is how I learned that the best marketing decisions are usually product decisions.
I led a full rebuild of dazzledry.com, including a re-architected B2B experience: a separate registration, pricing, and ordering flow built for how wholesale buyers actually purchase, not a DTC cart with a discount bolted on. The harder work was connecting it all into one system, so acquisition, conversion, and retention feed each other across DTC, B2B, and Amazon instead of running as silos.
I run growth and e-commerce for a beauty brand by day. Paid media, conversion, lifecycle, the full funnel across DTC, B2B, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. At night I design and ship my own products, from an anonymous workplace-culture platform to a home decor and lighting brand.
Doing both changed how I work. When you have to market something you also built, you stop treating marketing and product as separate jobs. You start seeing the whole system: how a referral on the site lifts sales on the marketplace, how a checkout change moves retention three months later, how the thing you build decides the story you get to tell.
That systems view is what I bring. Tools are easy, anyone can learn them. The scarce skill is knowing which lever actually moves the number, and why.
And I do mean the number. I run on data, not vibes: MER, ROAS, AOV, LTV against CAC, CTR, tACOS. I keep the whole board in view and let it tell me where to push next.
I live by one mantra: there is no best way to do things, because there is always a better way. It's why I keep testing long after something works. Outside of work, that energy goes to travel, food worth a detour, hiking, and very beginner pickleball.
Own end-to-end growth across Shopify DTC and B2B, TikTok Shop, and Amazon for a fast-growing beauty brand.
Rebuilt the paid media engine across three heritage brands: Capri Blue, Thymes, and Otherland.
Growth and acquisition for a home-improvement DTC brand: designer vent covers, lighting kits, and finishes.
DTC and retail growth for an award-winning beauty tool featured by Vogue, Oprah, and the WSJ, sold on QVC and Sephora.
Self-taught, from zero. I built and sold on Amazon and Shopify for years before I ran marketplace strategy for anyone else, and everything I run today I first learned with my own money on the line.
Five years in sales, accounting, and tax. Reading P&Ls, sitting with clients, seeing how businesses actually make and lose money. That's where the business acumen and the people skills come from, and why I treat every channel like a line on a P&L, not a vanity dashboard.
Side projects where I own every decision, from the schema to the positioning. This is where the systems thinking gets tested.
A verified, anonymous platform for real workplace culture insights. I own the whole thing: product strategy, the database schema, the scoring logic, moderation, and an Ask WorkLore chat with AI summaries built on Claude. Launching first in Houston Oil & Gas.
Visit worklore.app →A home brand I built end to end. I designed the products, like the 360 Fridge Organizer, built the Amazon Brand Store with A+ content, video, and a real category architecture, and run a Shopify DTC site alongside it. Sourcing, packaging, listing, and growth, all me.
Execution is getting commoditized. The edge is knowing what to point AI at. Three things I've built and shipped:
AI agents that pull from Triple Whale and write the performance report, so my team reads the insight instead of rebuilding the dashboard every week.
An AI shopping assistant on the Dazzle Dry storefront that helps customers find the right product and lifts conversion.
A digital twin trained on my voice and creative judgment, drafting and iterating ad concepts at the volume paid social demands.
Open to senior roles in growth marketing, product marketing, e-commerce leadership, and product management. If you're hiring for someone who can own the number and build the thing, I'd love to hear from you.
